Download Torrent Files On Android Device

You no longer need to root your Android device, as BitTorrent Inc, has introduced its native uTorrent app for Android devices today. Finally, you get to have a desktop like experience, right on your Android device with this all new uTorrent app for Android which is now available for free in the Google Play Store.

This is a major news for those who love to download torrent files on their Android devices and use unlimited data plans or mobile broadband services. Though the app is currently in its Beta version, it offers sufficient functions for peer-to-peer file sharing. Now, you can search for torrent files right from the uTorrent dashboard on your Android device, subscribe to RSS and set upload and download limits with simple click.

While the search feature uses Google’s search engine, you will need some manual effort to select the right one for yourself. All you need to do is find a valid .torrent file, and start downloading it on the uTorrent client for your Android device. The good news remains the same. If you are on unlimited data plans, you can download as much as you can using uTorrent on your Android devices, provided you don’t cross your Bandwidth limit or else you might be charged for extra usage. BitTorrent has been claiming to bring all legitimate content to uTorrent for Android, i.e legal music, videos and much more soon.
