Apple Now Targets Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 10.1 In Patent Lawsuit

Those who thought that Apple would settle down for over $1 billion coming right from Samsung, here’s more you need to know. The earlier spared Samsung Galaxy S3 has been included in the hit list of Apple, and this is not the only device. Apple has shown keep interest in including Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note, and Galaxy Note 10.1 to its ongoing patent lawsuit. The story, which took a whole new turn today surprised all of those who thought that Samsung Galaxy S3 was on the safer side.

Not satisfied with one of its biggest victory in the North California court, Apple has filed a separate complaint regarding Samsung’s new Galaxy hardware, which includes Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note, and Galaxy Note 10.1 specifically. The lawsuit according to our sources was filed today, however the complaint regarding the same was made back in February ‘2012 where Apple accused 17 of Samsung’s devices for patent infringement. Other than this, Apple is seeking a sales ban on Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone, however the ban has been temporarily lifted. The complaint today from Apple says,

“infringing Samsung products include the at least 21 new smartphones, media players, and tablets that Samsung has released beginning in August 2011 and continuing through August 2012″


The Samsung products being talked about include Galaxy S3 which has been enjoying good sales benchmarks, and reviews from people all over the world. Well, whatever it is, one thing is for sure.
