The web is finally flooding with Apple iPhone 5 rumors, considering its date, design and price which are currently uncertain to us. Recently we saw a publication from Macotakara stating that the iPhone 5 production has already started in China where Apple’s partner sites are manufacturing the parts of upcoming iPhone 5. Well, Macotakara, is a famous Japanese blog and for the records, it has been quite accurate when it comes to Apple-related news. To support the claim, today we have another report coming directly from Pegatron, which is Apple’s manufacturing partners, right after the jump.
Apple iPhone 5 Production In China:
If Apple really wants to unveil its iPhone 5 anytime between September and October, this is just the perfect time when Apple and its partner companies start developing parts for the upcoming sensation. Yesterdays news from Verizon confirmed that iPhone 5 is not going to be launched in August 2012 , so we still have time to work upon these reports and rumors regarding iPhone 5 release date and design.
The news comes from DigiTimes which confirms that the device production has started out in China!
“Pegatron has begun production of new version of the Apple iPhone at its Shanghai, easter China, according to industry sources in Taiwan.”
Well, as always we are still waiting for things to get a bit more clear so that we can start making our solid reports on the basis of valid proof. So, we won’t take the word from DigiTimes for now as Apple has always been maintaining high security when it is about any upcoming device from them. This probably shuts down a lot of rumors and reports later when the product is actually unveiled.
So far, we have been encountering reports stating that the new iPhone 5 would have a slimmer body, smaller charging port, larger display and will support 4G and LTE along with NFC technology.
